MIL-VETS owned trademarks, services and logos are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. The purpose of external content on the MIL-VETS app is to provide needed links to veteran businesses and services provided by organizations external to MIL-VETS. MIL-VETS is in no way claiming ownership, proprietorship or responsibility for content external to the MIL-VETS platform.

MIL-VETS, it's owners, founders, shareholders employees, and/or any other parties associated with the MIL-Vets company, its applications, or its websites is NOT responsible for services or products provided by businesses or business profiles on the MIL-VETS application.
MIL-VETS is not responsible for vetting a business on its application for quality of associated products or services offered,
Any agreement to deliver products or services by a customers and a business identified on the MIL-VETS applications is 100 percent the responsibility of the mutual parties involved and MIL-VETS does not bare any responsibility as to the business practices and/or quality of products or services performed.
Any disputes must be adjudicated in a court of law in the appropriate jurisdiction of the exchange of business and services.
MIL-VETS, its owners, founders, shareholders, employees or any other parties associated with MIL-VETS or its company will NOT acts a mediator, arbitor or adjudicator between parties agreements. Each transaction of business as a result of the MIL-VETS applications is the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
